Q: Do you have physical shop?

Yes, we have. Our physical shop is located at Shop 1, G/F, Transport Plaza, 2-6, Fung Cheung Road, Yuen Long, N.T. (Tel: +852 3620 2212)

Q: Are the prices the same in store as online?

Prices may differ between our online shop and our physical shop. Specials may sometimes be offered through only one of our shops.

Q: Can you dispatch orders from your Yuen Long shop if I ordered online?

The warehouse for our online store is based in Tuen Mun and all orders are despatched from there. We are not able to dispatch any orders from other shop.

Q: What is the working hours our your shops?

Online Shop: 10:30am ~ 6:30pm (Monday to Friday, except public holiday) Yuen Long Shop: 10:30am ~ 9:00pm (Monday to Sunday)

Q: Are all the products you sell vegan?

Yes, all the products we sell are vegan!
